This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
